Royal Caribbean International has announced two new sailings from the UK in 2021 on its new ship Odyssey of the Seas.
The new preview sailings ahead of its planned debut out of Civitavecchia at the end of April, will include a 3-night Weekend Getaway from Southampton to Bruges and Rotterdam on 2 April 2021. A 5-night repositioning cruise from Southampton to Barcelona will depart on 5 April 2021 visiting Vigo and Cartagena.
The cruise line has also introduced new sailings from Barcelona. Odyssey of the Seas will offer two 5-night cruises visiting Villefranche, La Spezia and Civitavecchia on 12 and 21 April 2021. A 5-night repositioning cruise is also available from Barcelona visiting Marseille, Villefranche and La Spezia before disembarking in Civitavecchia.
The ship was due to launch in November 2020, but construction delays at the shipyard due to COVID-19, resulted in the launch of the ship being postponed to spring 2021.
