Carnival Fantasy has completed her final ever journey and has been beached at the ship scrapyard in Aliaga, Turkey.
Entering service with Carnival Cruise Line in 1990, the ship completed its final voyage having left Willemstad in Curacao on 13 July.
In a video shared on social media, Carnival Fantasy took her last (albeit smokey) breathe, and put up a fight as the officers onboard swerved the ship onto the ramp and out of the water.
She joins the former Pullmantur ships Monarch and Sovereign, which were beached earlier this month and she will soon be joined by another Carnival ship, Carnival Inspiration soon.
