Regent Seven Seas has officially taken delivery of its latest cruise ship, Seven Seas Explorer.
The luxury cruise line took delivery of its new 55,200 GT ship at a special ceremony in Genoa, where the ship has been constructed by Fincantieri.
The 750-passenger ship, which is Regent’s first new-build since 2003, will be christened on July 13 in Monaco, ahead of its 14-night maiden voyage to Venice on July 20.
An unnamed sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer will launch in 2020.
