A new Pan-Asian specialty restaurant called Pacific Rim, will join an exciting array of dining venues on board Regent Seven Seas Cruises‘ upcoming Seven Seas Explorer.
Jason Montague, president and chief operating officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said:

The elegant Asian architectural elements found in Pacific Rim perfectly complement an exquisite menu, for a gourmet dining experience that brings to life the rich culinary traditions of Asia unlike any other at sea.”
The new restaurant will feature traditional and delectable dishes, including a tempura encrusted crispy soft shell crab with a touch of heat from a green chili aioli, as well as a succulently caramelized cassia-braised pork belly topped with perfectly grilled diver scallops.
Other dishes include grilled Korean barbeque lamb chops and spiced black cod.
Seven Seas Explorer will embark guests for the first time on July 20th 2016, with a 14-night Monte Carlo to Venice cruise.
