First Glimpse Of New MSC World Class

MSC World Class rendering (MSC Cruises)

New renderings have been released showing what will become the largest cruise ship ever to be built for a European cruise company.

Renderings of the four MSC World Class ships that will launch between 2022 and 2026 were unveiled at the hand-over ceremony of MSC’s newest ship, MSC Meraviglia in St Nazaire, France, which was attended by France’s President, Emmanuel Macron.


The World Class will be 200,000 GT, measure 1,083 ft in length, and will be 154 ft wide. With its striking 90 degree bow, and seamlessly flowing top decks, the World Class will be capable of carrying 6,850 passengers The new ships will run on liquefied natural gas (LNG), and will be built at STX France.
